The DIM would display, live data, a fuel average close to 13.x mpg before the service. It is a suburban daily drive of 25 - 40 mph with a dozen stop. But since the service the mpg has gradually improved -- it goes back and forth a fraction.
But today, 1100 miles since the service, it is above 16.1 mpg.

Good news. I would guess the PCV helped. I get about the same numbers but in more dense city area with the S60 na, these cars are heavy (thick side panels, strong car platform, etc) and don't like stop and go traffic - but get good numbers on the road
