Trying to get cam seal part numbers

Post by jmorman »

I’m trying to order front cam seals from IPD. They tell me to get the part numbers from a Volvo dealer based off my VIN so I get the right part.

Maybe I am not asking them correctly because three of them said they would not do this for me. Is there another way to find this out or am I not supposed to tell them exactly what I’m doing?
