front evap canister

Hello Volvo community!!! Hey anyone know exactly what tools are needed to take off front evap canister that sits in the front driver side of car. I just bought a 1998 s70 and the hoses are there but the canister is not and it's throwing a code. I was going to just rip one off at the junk yard but wanted to know what would be best for the job

my 850 had a plastic strap when it broke I put two zip ties thru the slots. Canister hooks on a little shelf. My S70 might have the strap and a small bolt helping to secure it to the shelf.
