05 s40 won't start

My cuz and I got a 05 s40 that needed headgasket done. We got it for 500$ and drove it 8miles home and got to work. Did the gasket and timing belt because why not. We were in there. It needed it. We got it back together in no time but now it won’t fire up. It’s throwing O2 sensor code and random evap code. It has gas and pressure in the rail and a bunch of compression. Cranking it over by hand is a mother. Yesterday we questioned our selfs and went back and checked the timing again and it’s on. Can anyone point us in the right direction to get this thing going and out of my garage. Please help. Thanks
