My 95 850 Turbo has an OBD2 port under the coin tray as well as the old Im guessing OBD1 system under the hood. I've recently learned the diagnostic merits of using fuel trims to narrow down issues, so I'd like to throw out a couple of questions:

1) even though there's an OBD2 port on my 95, is it fully OBD2 - will it display fuel trims if i connect it to an appropriate scan tool (i dont own one or I'd have tried it)?

2) alternatively, i do have a handheld oscilloscope (Hantek 2D82). Can i connect it to my front O2 sensor and use that O2 signal pattern as an alternative to reading fuel trims (the voltage waveform directly from the O2 should show whether its running rich, lean, or neither)?

I would plug in to the OBD2 port and try to read them. If it's there it probably works.
