I finally found some time to check this out and I don't see any relays downstream of the front seat heater switches in any of the 850's. There may still be a hands-free microphone
around somewhere, too. Usually up
near the driver's sun visor.

Have you considered pulling the door off
to provide better work access to the connecter?

Under the dash, to the left of the steering column,
you'll find two large distribution blocks with 5 plugs each.
The one nearest the column has a red plug in position 4.

Disconnect the negative post of the battery, then unplug
and reseat the red plug a few times. That may get it.

May be an issue with the the door
key cylinder's arm/disarm switch.

When you unlock at the door,
if you turn the key to open twice,
do the other doors unlock?
