B5244S Neil....it's a 20v engine.
B5252FS is 10v.

T number reveals the year: T95 for '95.
T96 for '96 and so on.

You should have battery voltage at fuel pump connector.
10.6v is nothing...i would say that fuel pump relay is bad.

Pro Parts Sweden...why?
Bosch insert is around 100€.

I wouldn't be surprised if that pump is bad.

It's the fuel pump.
Check the fuel filter direction...arrow must point towards the engine.
What is the brand of fuel pump?
Some of them are a lot louder than original.

Looks like early B5254FS didn't had that hose for pcv on top of valve cover.
