This setup is for M4.4 cars.
Damper on fuel rail instead of FPR and FPR is a lot smaller and it's moved at rear ...in fuel filter area.
S,v70 with M4.4 have the same setup.

13.8-14.2v is at idle when engine is running.
12.6-12.7v is 100% charged battery,on rest,at least 2 hours after engine is turned off.

Yes...but for cars with chipped keys.
U.S .market started in '99 while EU market cars had chipped keys from '96.

That doesn't matter....the battery shows voltage of 11.9v.That is flat battery.
Full battery must read 12.7-12.8v.
12.2v is 50% charge.

I'm pretty sure it won't.
P'n'p switch must be jumped after manual swap.

Check your charging system(alternator and voltage drop).
If that checks out ok...then ac compressor clutch bearing.

They will fit perfectly.
