Brake dust guard? That used to make noise/grinding after I did brakes or suspension work and accidentally bent it.

A documentary film producer emailed me today about this race C30. He stumbled onto my article while researching this car. The C30 changed hands recently and is now back racing in the US Touring Car Championship. The new owner is Tim Hunter out of Newport Beach.

That's 20mpg, which is completely normal for a P80 HPT. Good even, with that split city/highway.
Disregard boost in 1st gear. 12-15psi is very healthy.
Without the back story and codes, I'd give this engine a high mark for health. I haven't looked up those codes but will.
