Parking brake shoes
Same from -1998
In 1999, FWD use P80s shoes, and AWD use P2 shoes
But they both use P80 hardware to mount
Pm you my phone if you get stuck
You need to arm yourself with VIN AND engine number when buying parts

Re: V70 2.4T (P2) ECM-262A (P2097) - upper O2 sensor?
Mornin’ Jon boy
5/16 is an almost perfect fit for 8mm, so if it’s tight enough to split I would go with 9 or 10mm. You could clamp 10mm with zip ties if it’s loose. The turbo valve vacuum lines see pressure so should be clamped.
Good night , jonboy

Re: P2097 Woes... AGAIN.... V70 2.4T (P2)

The black and white valve is a check valve that st...

Re: Help choosing rear coil springs
If IPD makes the blue HDSpring for the P2 I would go with those for towing
I’m running those on three P80s now and they are great for both ride and stance

Re: 07 XC70 BCM-0012
Those are not torque to yield and the torque is relatively low, too. Standby for the number. Volvo does say to replace them with new on removal. It’s a normal for a DIY forum, yes. Not for operation. We had the same problem with Black Betty here in Albany years ago Loose axle bolt leading to ABS CODES

Re: 2000 V70R electrical issue continues
If the battery is on light duty you want the maintainer , not the solar option.
Those Sonic Blues sell easily.
Have a couple of DIM units down here. I’m not sure where the unit mileage is stored.

Re: What non automotive projects and repairs are you doing?
Living in a four season brings joy; the fall rains will be here soon. Columbus Day weekend has been the start of yard work for me. This fall I must explore ways to control creeping Charlie. A Google search -- Is triclopyr safe for lawns? The easiest weeds to control in grass lawns are annual broadl...
