Re: So...EVAP Code saga continues

By the way, the smoke machine I use is a pickle jar with a soldering Iron in it. Crazy, but it works.

Re: Dealing with fading clearcoat on 850s

Its just called Automotive Touchup. They match what ever color you need. I originally bought it to paint a bumper repair that the original owner left me with. I seem to remember getting what ever was recommended - sealer, primer, paint, and clear coat. It has all held up fine. But I'm not sure about...

Nope, you should be fine following the instructions for resetting the maintenance reminder. Just remind yourself to do the maintenance when sonny boy returns.

It's been to the moon (another thread for an earlier generation car exists on this site)! Well, I refreshed it last month. Repaired and refinished all the relevant parts i...

When the days get above 90 degrees, I work outside only in the morning.
I normally try to do that as well but this is my daily and I need to get to work on Monday morning. Nothing like a deadline to boost the fun factor.

Re: 06 XC70 - Remote starter option?

My remote starters broke like clockwork after 18 years. They took 9 months to ship, and didn’t work for the first six years. They cost a lot of money , but were fun to make.

Re: What did you do to your P2 Volvo today?

Put the Erinus wheels on with winter tires. I think the Tellus wheels look more appropriate for an '03 but I bought these with good winter tires for $300 and it looks better that black painted steel wheels.
