Re: Purchasing a Used XC90
If you don't work on your own cars, and are concerned with repair prices, I would suggest the 2015/up Sedona; older ones have weak roofs. Given what else is out there on the road, and what I can afford for the next 10-12 years or so; I won't send my wife and family out in anything except an XC90. Ou...

Re: 2013 rear brakes- Need Advice
Then your dealer has good prices. You could look at FCP euro, they are a 100% good and reliable source. Here's one kit they have, there are other brands, but for the most part, Volvo brand is best for brakes on the XC90. Not sure who makes them for Volvo, maybe someone on here knows and will post th...

Brake Booster Vacuum Switch #31400608 Top Popped Off
Hi, I'm cross posting this here: Funny story. I just moved my snow tires over to my 2004 XC90 2.5T because the vacuum pump on my 2003 XC90 T6 was running steady for several minutes after the ignition was switched off. Re: XC90 Alternator Pulley Replacement - $3000?
I'm sure that you would get better price and service at your local Volvo dealer. The parts can be more expensive, but their work also carries a lifetime warranty. You can order parts from an online Volvo dealer at a discount like this one: https://www.tascaparts.com/auto-parts/2007/volvo/xc90/3-2-tr...

Re: ISO oil additive controversy- maths needed
February this year at about 176K my mystery oil (small amounts) leak for several months turned out to be a VVT hub leaking and then it let loose. I only mention this because our T6 engines are the same age (my car's build date 5/03) you don't mention miles. And when it let loose oil came out of the...
