Replaced Bosch spark plugs with Volvo spark plugs. Also threw on new wire loom and electrical tape on the entire IGN coil harness. The OEM loom was getting brittle and broken off in a few spots. Take note of the IGN coil pigtails. With the coil connectors facing in different directions it's not easy...

As Herman noted RTV isn't needed for the water pump gasket. When I installed the water pump earlier this year I just put a tab of silicone grease on the gasket to hold it in place. I scrubbed off the OEM gasket using brake cleaner on emery cloth. As mentioned cleaning up the RTV will be a hassle.

The CV joints provided by Colorado Driveshafts are made in Turkey. The rubber boot is thicker than the OEM boots I removed. They cost $75 each. That is the PTC nipple. It heats the PCV oil to keep it from clogging.
