c30 2008 driver side belt tensioner keeps locking.
Sometimes it pulls ok and with enough slow back and forth i manage to get the length to buckle.
Sometimes it take a few minutes, and its so frustrating to get it to a usable length.
is there a trick to fix, or do i need to get a new part?

Ok,
It was fuse 57, 15amp.
Says it’s also the break light switch..
But without the fuse, break light is still working….
When I put a new fuse, it Immediately burns…
Any suggestions finding the issue?

I checked the Electrical socket fuse 45 (15amp) was fine but replaced anyway.
(read somewhere here they share a fuse)
I checked the voltmeter on +pin16 and Grounds 4+5, no voltage

can/should i rewire power to the port from another 12v?

OH wow, big foam under the carpet, ill tri to get to it in the morning and see.
Front carpet is dry. ive been running a humidifier today, got out about a litter of water out things are not damp as before.

I read somewhere some bumper bushing is a culprit, but I cant figure which and how to access.

Any recommendations on LED conversion kits?
I see there is pre ballast options (directly to 12v plug) and regular plug to ballast output.
Also, any experience with the fitting in the headlight casing and cap?

how did you get the dipstick out?
its pulls out about 2cm, but then gets stuck in this wiring bracket.
