So it turns out if your air conditioning is low on refrigerant your fan will not function. Which moron engineer created that nonsense. Well, it's been working ever since.

Hi, were you able to solve this issue? My 2004 S60 2.5T is ha ing the same issue. The dealership was no help as I have a new fan unit and they could turn it on via their VIDA. Any help would be much appreciated.

My 2004 S60 2.5T has the same fan issue. AC won't turn on the radiator fan. Was your solution a connection in the bottom of the engine bay? Thanks!

I am having the same problems with my 2004 S60 2.5T AWD stage 2 AWD. New factory fan installed, Volvo dealership could turn it on but does not turn on when air conditioner is turned on. It's my baby and I would appreciate some insight.
