Re: Headlight wiring help 2 questions

Ya I’ve got my drl switch set to off. My hope was that I could turn it back on and use whatever wiring was powering the “drl” option to run the leds. Basically take the drl function from the headlights as it currently is and give it to another light source

Headlight wiring help 2 questions

Hey all, so my lights suck. I’m going to do the projector retrofit and I’ve got all the parts I need, including a spare set of headlights so I can just swap from one to the other. Re: Wiring to headlights badly corroded.

Heater core. And since I only watched the how to video once I didn’t remember where to clamp the lines off so I’m really glad I had a full jug of euro fluid after my impromptu coolant bath. Fun times.

Has anyone tried aluminum foil to fix headlights?

Ok I know this will sound a bit weird but I’ve been thinking about how we could improve the shitty reflectors without spending $$$. I’m about to do the cheap projector mod and I’m going to play around with a spare set of lights before, so I was thinking about trying to cover the insides with the foi...

Re: Cv boot torn, replace boot or whole axle?

Here’s some pics I just took of what I could. I tried the bounce test and it just sounded like suspension. Either my fat ass couldn’t hit it enough to replicate or it’s not happening now

Re: Cv boot torn, replace boot or whole axle?

To clarify a couple points, they’re all the same size (205/55/16) at least The clunk is only on the “potholes” in front of my driveway (only time I notice it really) and it just sounds like someone is knocking in muffled metal, like the floor (this isn’t where the sound is coming from just trying to...
