The dealer part doesnt look like it'll fit. The old cock is in there fully, but it leaks slowly even with no pressure in the system....

Any ideas where I could get the original, flathead-style petcock? Or perhaps know if that is a sign of an aftermarket radiator?

Dealer said to not worry about the diagram, the threads should be the same so I ordered the Hex-style from them for $8

Thanks very much everyone! I will try to get it cut locally at a locksmith (I'm in Canada) but will be contacting Overland Volvo if that fails. I'll be buying the $25 blanks from Volvo.

There is a key that is part number 9447946. It's only $25. Dealers local to me are all quoting $112 CAD for 1 single key. Part number 6817981. I'm going to keep looking, haven't checked with locksmiths yet.
