I have searched and found only one possible solution to the heat shield coming off of the catalytic converter (due to the holes for the plastic nut/washer becoming to big). The solution was to use larger fender/bumper washers and some silicone. Has anyone tried this or something different? I do not ...

209 000 kms. I think I will take it off and at least look a the bearings. My timing belt was done 160 000 kms.

I have searched and cannot find the specific answer. I have a two axle stands, and a 3 1/2 ton floor jack. I may need to use them to remove my oil sump (passenger wheel may need to come off). Where are they best used to lift the front end.
