I have a 2002 Volvo S60 2.4t that needs a new AC compressor, the bearing is shot and its noisey. Can anyone point out a place where there are instructions on how to do this? I cant seem to find anything :-\

my two cents... I had a very hard time finding Mobil 3309, I found that the toyota type T-IV (t-4) is the same fluid... and much easier to find. I pick up a case for $60 at the local toyota dealer.

I have an 02 S60 2.4t with about 150kmi on it. I had access to a lift last week to take a peek at my exhaust because its leaking, and took the time to get a good look under my car because its the first time I've had access to a lift. I noticed that the front control arm bushings are shot ... one ...

I'm annoyed... My windshield cracked a few weeks ago and safelite came and put in a new one. I dont think its even been 3 weeks and already its seriously sand pitted, scratched and has a new CRACK from a stone strike. I honestly think its inferior glass... Anyone have experience with a good company ...

Will anything "bad" happen if I disconnect the battery on my 2002 Volvo S60 2.4t? Is there a radio code, will any dash warning lights come on if i do something wrong, etc?

MIJ, I believe it's sole purpose is to piss me off. Finally chipped it away a little and we were able to get it off. Doesn't seem to do anything at all but what do I know.

Does anyone know whats up with this white plastic piece? Its in my way to getting the inner tie rod removal tool in place but I cant seem to budge it. Any insight?

In a failed attempt to get an alignment I found that my inner tie rods are "shot". Rather than coughing up $420 for the shop to do them I've decided to hit it myself this weekend. Sunroof on my 02 volvo s60 2.4t rattles when i hit bumps. I checked the screws that mount it to the track and they are nice and tight. It only seems to have the slightest movement when its closed, when I open it and try to move it around a little its very tight - i get no movement.

Anyone know ...
