98 S70 fan relay for a 94 850?
Hello all, I have had some trouble with my radiator fan and I believe the relay is the problem. I would rather not pay the $60 for a new one and after buying a bad one from the junkyard my friend is parting out his 98 S70 and I wondered if it would work on my 94 850? I have read the thread on the su...

WTB 850 engine and exhaust
I've got a 94 850 non turbo that I've put loads of money into already so I'm having trouble getting rid of her to buy a newer volvo. So I thought why not put in a newer engine and exhaust, almost everything else is tip top. I'm located in central PA, let me know if anyone can help, turbo is ok too. ...

Re: preassembled struts...your opinion?
I recently replaced most of my front suspension for about $600 almost exclusively from IPD. It was one of the easiest suspension jobs I've performed on a vehicle, it only took me about 3 hrs and I'm no master mechanic. I wouldn't risk poor quality parts if you're worried about ease of installation.

Re: tweaked idler pulley
One of your pulleys is wrong, either the alternator or idler. I bought an alternator with a pulley that had a spacer on it that pulled it away from the other pulleys. Your picture looks exactly like mine did. I had to order a pulley from the dealer but you could find one in a junk yard. Hope this he...

headliner fix
My 94 850's headliner is showing a lot of wear, anyone replaced theirs or have a better fix than the thumbtacks that I've been using?

Strut mounts, OEM or can I go cheaper?
I have a 94 850 that clunks over bumps and I think it's the strut mounts since the shocks seem fine. Is this a part I should definately go OEM or can I save some money on cheapies? Thanks

Re: 850 starting issues, I've replaced almost everything
thanks Paul, it turned out the positive stud on the starter solenoid was loose and stripped out so I swapped the solenoid with an old one and it starts perfectly every time.
