I don't have an auto dimming mirror. I did find the ground and it was tight. So, I am going to look for a hex bolt so that I might be able to manually retract it to the closed position.

I dropped the panel that has the lights in it. It took two 10MM bolts and it dropped out. I disconnected two wiring harnesses so that I could remove the panel further. I looked up inside that now open area but didn't see anything like that. Do I have to take more of the headliner out?

I THINK it does. I have set the alarm off with the remote to see if that worked. The loud horn went off and I turned it off quickly. Is that what you are referring to?

No. And this is an intermittant thing too. I bought the car about a week ago. The older gentleman that I bought it from was really meticulous with it. He actually had the switch replaced and that didn't fix it. I had both switches so I replaced the one that was in it this AM but still nothing.

I have replaced the switch, checked all the fuses, locked/unlocked with the key in the door, disconnected the battery for an hour and prayed! I cannot get the sunroof to close. Can anyone give me some advice on how to get it closed? Its in the vent position. Thanks my email address is jldowns@cfl.rr...
