Re: VS M4.4 tuning dead? Start again here?
What ChuckW said above.. RE this comment by gwcook: I bought a sacrificial ECU to mess around with (got the P/N from the list on M4.4 wiki, and it looks to be exactly what I ordered), and just set it up on the bench. I'm using a power supply that can go up to 16v, so I set it at 15v to ensure I was ...

Re: 1995, 850, No Start
@ANTS: sounds you have a fuel pressure issue; ck the fuel rail with a gauge and go from there.
@ Rbaratt: LMS is a myth. Unfortunately it's being perpetuated on certain volvo sites. You have engine tune and/or mechanical issues. Have you ckd engine compression?

DQ814: Don't leave us hanging; so did new O2 sensor fix it?
BTW: Have you changed your oil since replacing the bad therm? If not, do so asap; it's most certainly diluted with gas.

Re: Fuel Pump Relay Issue?
I would ck the injectors for spray pattern and leak down. Get a fuel pressure gauge that has a hose extension and screws onto the ck valve on the fuel rail; then you can ck the pressure from inside the car. One leaky injector could be causing all this. BTW: would not assume MAF is good from your &qu...
