The lack of power for me happens after 1--- an hour of driving in hot weather, and 2---after climbing a long hill or mountain slope.

My money is on the plugged CAT theory... because I too have the same type of symptoms when running hot and after climbing a hill or mountain. When I finally reach the top and get to my parking spot at the top of the mountain I smell rotten eggs after I get out. That to me says my CAT is plugged or ...

you could just take the bulb out of the instrument cluster for the ABS light as I did....cheap fix ---don't need ABS anyways---car runs fine without it. Also not needed for state inspection.
