I will get right on it and thanks for the help.

My battery was dead,so before putting in new battery icleaned the grounds.
Now the car just turns over no start,and the obd will light red when i touch the button
butwill give no info.
what could i have done to cause this?

With some searching here and some gentle persuasion with prybar problem solved.

Put a new hood bracket on and the hood didnt line up perfectly
closed the hood and now i cant open it.
When i pull the latch i hear a slight click,
the hood opens a bit,i can reach in and pull the lift latch
but the hood still wont open.

My title says the car was purchased in Scotland.
and the last time i had the muffler put on it was like it was for a
different car.The hanger hooks on the muffler didnt match up with the car.
I hope this makes some kind of sense.
Reason im asking its muffler time again.

My 240 5 speed is giving me trouble when driving downshifting to 2nd or 1st.
The car has a new clutch cable.
and also what fluid should i use for the gearbox.
the car is a 1990
