Yes it will. The spoiler is held on with double sided foam tape and two clamps at the ends.

On the Turbo models it will ride slightly above the 3 o-clock mark. That is normal.

If the lock actuator is broken I would source one from the Recycle yard. They are pretty easy to swap in and out and can be had for under $10 at a decent yard.

There are also sensors behind the dash in the duct work. Not sure if those would be a problem but wanted to let you know.

If any car requires that much repair work its time to retire it. If you plan to own an older vehicle you need to know how to do the work yourself. $20k in repairs would have been better spent on a new loan/lease.
