Okay. For the life of me, I cannot find where the triangle part gets screwed/attached to. Is it on the fuel rail itself or elsewhere?

Ah-ha! The "O" ring is still on it but there was no screw to be found. Also, the triangle part wasn't in the shape of a triangle any longer. Should I replace the "O" ring?

Yesterday I was trying to disconnect the fuel line in preparation of removing the fuel rail on my 850T. What ended up happening was that the part that plugs into the fuel rail came out.
I put it back in but whenever I try to start it fuel shoots all over the place.
Is there a gasket or ...

Also, it's a relief to know I can go to a hardware store to get the screw as the nearest "imported" type car parts place is many miles away. I'll let y'all know what happens.

My 1996 850T threw a P0133 code which according to my scanner meant an O2 sensor, 2nd bank. Given the age of the car I had both sensors replaced. My mileage went up from 12 mpg to 18.

As always, thank you for your advice. I had wondered if it could be that the fuel injector seals needed replacement but your input makes much more sense.

I will check them and report back.
