is that considered the "downstream" sensor?

As title says, i have a 1999 S70 T5 with a check engine light on with a P0137 "O2 sensor circuit low volts" (bank 1 sensor 2) code set. Does this mean I need to replace an o2 sensor? Which one would be bank 1 sensor 2? Thanks.

i'm still using the ngk v-power plugs and bosch wires. i truly think it was just a clogged injector all along because the fuel system treatment cleared the problem right up. the bosch wires have been tested with a multimeter and are well within spec.

you are having multiple misfires so i doubt yours is because of a clogged injector though unless you got some dirty gas and had it clog a few

changed the plugs again and tested the wires, all ended up with the same problem. ended up just not worrying about it for a while and then i got one of the high dollar fuel system treatments. i had been using the little 2 dollar FIC and fuel treatments. got one of the complete fuel system treatments...

how would i test the wires to see if they are operating to specification? voltmeter?
