Re: P0132 fix...may save you $
Well as soon as I got out of the drive way the Check engine light came back on. Well at least it was worth a shot. May check the junkyard out next weekend. Anyone know if the oxygen sensors are the same as the ones on the 850? I think the engine is the same (5 cyl, FWD, non turbo).

Re: P0132 fix...may save you $
I followed the directions and ran the car for 2 mins. I now have the battery disconnected and will let it sit for a couple hours. I was wondering how many miles I will need to put on the car until the vehicle will pass the new computerized New York State inspection (if the code clears). I know that ...

1993 850 Fuel and engine light flashing
I posted in the past, but was not sure what lights were coming on. I have an intermittent problem where the fuel light and either the check engine or the service light flash on and off for a few times and then stop. There is not constant situation that causes it so I can not figure out what is causi...

Re: Flickering interior lights
Thanks Lee I will try that. The lights that flicker are the dash warning lights though like the check engine and a few others all at the same time.

Re: 98 S70 Best adhesives/glues for door panels and door seals?
I used 3M Black Super Weatherstrip Adhesive on the rubber moldings on my 1993 850 weather stripping. I did this over two years ago and they have not budged since. I did clean the area well first though. I think some alcohol on paper towel works best to clean the area prior to applying adhesives.

Flickering interior lights
Twice now (that I have noticed) several of my dash lights have come on and flickered for a few seconds. It was raining the one time and the other time I was on a bumpy road.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Ed

1993 850 Interior water leak
I am getting a lot of water on the interior floor (passenger's side) every time it is parked and it rains pretty hard. It appears to be coming in from firewall under the glove box area. It looks like I will have to take the wiper arms and the plastic cowling under them off. Before I tear things apar...

Re: Rough idle and black smoke upon startup. 1996 850 Turbo
I agree, change the ect sensor. It was $35 dollars at advance auto. Be careful for the part is brass and can be stripped easily. Also be careful with the T40 bit you will need to get the thermostat off. I found some bits at Advance that were lifetime gauranteed that were about five inches long. Also...
