Thanks Vegas, you wouldn't happen to have another diagram showing where hose #20 hooks into. It's the only one that is unaccounted for. Your diagram showed me that I had hoses 17 and 19 hooked up incorrectly.

That's were I went after my last post and man this thing was leaking like crazy. The old seal was hard and brittle. I just did the PCV flame trap thing a year and a couple of months ago. Do you think these things clog that fast?

Added on problem. While attempting to remove stripped torx bolts on thermostat housing, I cracked the thermostat housing that attaches to the head. What exactly do I need to remove to get access to remove and replace this part of the housing instead of removing the head?
