Re: restricted performance - throttle unit codes
Problem solved: Installed new throttle module wasw not compatible with my 2004 V70 R although it was listed as compatible on a seller's page. I tested both - the old and new on the harness and observed a throtle when I turned ignition key on and depressed a gas pedal. The old module reacted to a ...

restricted performance - throttle unit codes
My 2004 V70 R went to restricted performance after hitting a pothole. Scanner gave these codes : ECM 91A7, ECM 6814.. I have replaced the throttle unit, but the car still does not run and I got a new code ECM 9130. What i should look for? A next step? Thanks

ECT failure?
On my 2004 V70 R a coolant temperature gauge does not work anymore. I have replaced ECT sensor and checked wires in a connector all looks good. After deleting the error code it takes about 5 minutes driving and ECT failure is back. Any advice where I should look?

broken downpipe
The downpipe on my 2004 V70R just broke off right from the flange connected to a turbo. Does anyone have any experience with welding it? I cannot find anywhere a reasonable replacement for less than $ 1200. Thanks.

Anti-skid service needed (brake pressure sensors 1 and 2 out of the range)
Today a yellow triangle popped out on my 2004 V70R. iCarsoft Volvo dedicated scanner found this fault "Brake pressure sensors out of the safe range". Scanner cannot erase DTC (prompts DTC erased, but the triangle and the message are still on). I also scanned SAS but the scanner found only "Faulty ...
