Had Xemodex rebuild the ETB and it runs fine now.

Found time to get back to the car this weekend. Started and ran awful for 1 second and quit, will not re-start. It did set some codes: P 1020 Throttle body communication.
P 1026 Throttle body internal fault.
P 1031 Does anyone know what this one is for?

I am not near a dealer and normally do all my own work. Do they all need to be programmed, or just those from FCP? Does it run good enough without the programming to get it to the dealer?
