There are certain driving conditions you have to meet to get all of the monitors to run. You may or may not meet all those even after driving 300 miles. I have seen the procedures listed before on different volvo sites , you will have to search.

I just cleaned mine when doing the PCV system, and with how baked on the residue was, and how much scrubbing/spraying/scrubbing/spraying there was to get it clean, I can not imagine doing it in the car and doing a good job.

That warning is part of the anti theft system, the antenna ring that communicates with the chipped key is right around the ignition ( the area that you worked on). Great info. I managed to get some vacuum hose at the autostore and replace that line. It was kind of a blessing in disguise, because coming into the banjo bolt it was so clogged I had to drill that grit out.
If you actually drilled out the bolt, not the fitting , you might need to get another one ...

I dont think so , maybe someone else knows. I saw a video on changing the PCV system on a 90's 850 turbo and it did not have the banjo fitting on the manifold.
