2000 Volvo S40 1.9T 103,000 miles I recently had my timing belt replaced. On cold starts, the belt seems to be making a chirping/sqeaky sound. It goes away when the car is warmed up though. Low beam lamp no power (Pass side) 2000 S40 1.9L, 92,000 mil

My low beam passenger side lamp is no longer working. (The driver side is working fine. ) I tested the connectors with a voltage meter and am getting no readings from the harness connector. I traced it back to the fusebox under the hood and tested both fuses which are good and receiving 12 volts. So...
