Been driving it for a week now and no issues after replacing the TVC. Seems pretty good.

I'm getting a reoccurring P0442 code after having the J hose and purge valve replaced and installing a new fuel cap. Any ideas where to look next?

A few wire ties on the compressor will fix this, it's quite common.

Mine had your cars symptoms as well, also had surging every few seconds under WOT. TCV cleared everything up. June


It doesn't surge it just stalls right after WOT and then back onto power.


Mine also would fall flat on it's face pulling away from a light under moderate acceleration ...

Mine had this sort of hesitation when briskly accellerating. A new TCV (turbo control valve) cured it. Was a ten minute job. May not be your problem but worth a try.
