My experience it is better to go with the whole arm. I have bought 3 sets of front/rear bushings from variety of places. All of them, ALL, have pushed out of the arm. The whole sleeve is moving up and down in the Df Lca. No, i just pushed them in and out. I used a bushing press.

I have this current issue. Codes are the pressure solenoid stuck open. My car will drive for about 2 miles then go into neutral. Will not take off in 1, 2 barely moves in 3rd. I did a pan drop with filter change. Ran good for about 75 miles and it happened again. Unfortunately no one in my area work...

I actually tried heating the control arms in my oven while freezing the bushings in the freezer, and hammering the two together in a bench vise. I know I know. Take it to someone who can read the code. It will tell you specifically what it is. Mine was for the driver seatbelt switch. replaced it cleared the code and never came back on. Visco is determined on the shaft. if you have 2 sets of splines on the 'input' side, also tranny side, then you have a visco axle. only one set of splines then non visco.
