First off, the engine coolant temp sensor tested out fine but I decided to change it anyway, this solved the warm no start condition. However I was still getting an intermittent ...

nope, I have only had the one key and immobiliser remote the whole time. Car was not running when I received it so I can not confirm that it is an existing problem :/
