If I fill my reservoir too high, it leaks out of the passenger side headlight wiper. Do you know where it's leaking?

my reservoir overflows somewhere else when filled all the way up. since it is quite big, i just don't fill it all the way anymore. do you park your car on a steep driveway with the front facing down? if so, your problem is problem might be just that. if the headlight nozzle is lower than the reservoir it will leak.

There is a check valve behind the passenger headlamp that is leaking. You can find the washer hose running between the headlamps. If you gently pull the hose going behind the passenger lamp it should show itself. The valve will need replacement.
