Hmm, neat! Since I have the LCD display showing time and temp,
it would seem that it would be the same display unit in the dash, and the data displayed would be something that the onboard computer should already know, so do I just have to find a working Info switch and slap it in, or am I missing another part?

You could try an info switch your digital display looks shorter than those with full 6 function. Either get one from a salvage yard or pop me your address on a pm and ill send you the one I got from a salvaged 96 850 to try when my 93 was playing up.
