My 850 T5, 0-60mph spedo shot tonight [video]

Post by matthew1 »

Yes, that's the CE light . P0422, haven't tracked it down yet.

That's a casual launch, at night with no traffic, pulling out from a stopped position in the parking lane into a traffic lane, transmission in Economy mode, no brake/throttle to build up RPMs.

60mph looks to take 8 seconds. I started recording a hair before hitting the gas.

Off topic a bit: My 850 loves temperatures in the 40-50 fahrenheit range, and hates temps over 80.

Tsk tsk, our site master with a check engine light

Might just be a bad O2 sensor if your front one isn't throwing codes. Give the bottom of the cat a few whacks with your foot and listen for anything loose inside.

I've noticed mine boosts a bit more with the CEL off, so you might be able to shave a second off that time. I think mine does it in around 7-8, but she's getting old.

But THIS is where the T5 really shines
