Disable your daytime running lights DRL

i have a 98 s70 and all i had to do was turn the screw head on the switch box to disable them.

A much more elegant solution if your car is fitted with such a thing! Mine isn't. :(

Just checked my 96 850 T5 (had it for 10 years and didn't know this switch existed) This is a UK car and the switch is multi position, depending on the position different combinations of Head/side lights are on. So try the small switch clock and anti clockwise. Many thanks :D

DEALER has to disconnect the DRL's via Vida computer in 01's and newer

ok well..um..ok i know you guys are going to hastle me for this but....... why would you want to disconnect your daytime running lights?

Will you also disconnect other safety features on your car like the airbags? :lol: :) :roll:

hi just wondred if any ever tried this with s40 models ? i seem to have only gr/r (grey and red) wire would this be the one to cut?
