850 acting really odd

I'm new here so sorry if this is already somewhere but, I just got a 850 turbo that has been freaking me out it used to have balls but now at about 4I rpm it feels like it just shuts off fuel or something. can anybody help I think it may be the cbv but I'm not sure helppp

Is that under heavy load, normal driving, does the car ever drive more than 41 mph?

I got it for free from my stepdad and he said it had upgraded turbo, it has a cold air intake. Is all I know of. But It only does it when I step on it like to get around someone or on the highway. And yeah I meant 4k.

I had a similar problem, which finally turned out to be a plastic gas line in the gas tank after the fuel pump. It was cracked, the harder the pump worked the more fuel was pushed out of the crack. At its worst the car would literally shut off under full throttle, especially uphill.

now it smells like gas in my car if I have to get on it. Any ideas? And I have no ideaabout the fuel filter, I just recently got the car.
