I always go with solution 1.
Odometer: this is a very common problem, you need to buy a new gear and swap it in. While you have the cluster out, remove the Service bulb. See
Odometer fix how to
although personally I do not like "bending" the top cover so I always take it all the way off.
Bulbs: do a search. Radio bulb is slightly tricky, but the rocker switches are trivially cheap and easy. E.g.

Keyless remotes probably just need to be programmed, see

I checked out the website for the odometer gear and how do you know which gear to order???
I took my remotes to an auto parts retailer that has an RF tester and none of the button on either remote send a signal. I double checked the batteries for orientation and voltage and it was okay. I also split the remotes open and checked them internally and didn't see anything wrong. The remotes show signs of wear cause all of the lettering is worn of the buttons.
It looks like I'll pull the Service light bulb out while the dash is out...
