Double-check all vacuum lines, electrical connections.
A theory: you might have damaged the sensor while cleaning it.
Was the MAF plugged in.
Best is to take a few pics of your current condition, maybe some sharp eyes here can diagnose it for you. Without a few pics, hard to tell.
