Tasteful body kits for the 850? Anyone know?

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. Chips, exhaust, larger turbos, bigger/slotted/drilled rotors, high performance brake pads, manual boost controllers, performance shocks/struts/springs, airbox mods and more! Also discussion on HID and Xenon lights, aftermarket foglights and other exterior lighting.

Tasteful body kits for the 850? Anyone know?

Post by MONST5R_Moose »

Hello everyone,

I'm new to MVS, and recently bought a black 1995 850 T-5R with 100k miles.

My question is, does anyone know of some good looking body kits available for the 850? I do not want a ricer by any means, just something tasteful and sleek:-)

I've looked around myself, but have not found much. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you! :-)

Essentially no
Eribuni (sp?) used to make a kit, not sure if they still do, but it's pretty damn UGLY, tacky and not very Swedish...
Most Volvo owners do not use any body kits

....that's kinda why I said tasteful and sleek, and not pretty damn ugly instead.

Don't put a body kit on a T-5R.

If I had a T-5R with only 100k miles I'd probably just garage it.

It's in amazing condition considering, and everything works. I do however, need to address a transmission leak, and that damn vacuum line elbow behind the intake manifold, but other than that she's quite solid.

I already picked up a V70 XC bumper cover that I plan to alter slightly and fit to the car. DON'T PANIC; I will be making no alterations to the original equipment; all that will be stored unmolested and ready to be swapped back on if so desired.

I found this T5R for $3,500.00! Not bad :-)
