Hello,
I have a 96 Volvo 960, only 114k miles, and has been well maintained. Having a devil of a problem, as it starts perfectly, runs for 6-7 minutes, then immediately dies, every time. The car runs perfectly though when accelerating and driving at steady speeds; just dies at every stop sign or light... No codes or check engine light showing.
I've replaced the IAC Valve; no luck. Cleaned MAF Sensor with expensive spray; no luck. What would be appropriate next steps? Considered replacing throttle sensor, plugs?
Any help would be wonderful!

If you leave the car to idle without driving does it die every time? Does it immediately start?
I'm going for something here that will kill all ignition like a cam or crank sesnor problem. Even a fuel pump relay will do this.
These cars have 2 separate ignition modules so if one dies 3 cylinders are left.

Yes, it will die every time without driving. It does immediately start, very promptly and idles smooth for just that time until it's warm. Then, it will start again, but just die out within a minute.
When it does idle when cold starting, it runs so smooth and even...then continually dies after warming.

Honestly, I'm going to take a SWAG here (Scientific Wild-Arsed Guess) and say that something in the car is killing the engine on purpose, likely the crank speed sensor. I've heard of these sensors causing automatic shutoffs when they go bad. A car will drive fine for up to 20 or 30 minutes, and as soon as the engine warms up to operating temperature the car dies. This was a problem with a friend's 940, and if they're in the same position on your 960, then that sensor is likely overdue for replacement.
IPD sells a replacement sensor for $50, though you may find it cheaper elsewhere.

Try cam sensor first at rear of exhaust cam.
The crank sensor is a bear to get to on the 960 as it's down deep at the top of the gearbox where it meets the engine. You might want some help with that one anyway. It's held in place by a 10mm bolt.
