1993 960 Wagon advice?

Hello there,

I'm shopping for a new old Volvo, and a 93 960 Wagon has caught my eye. All the Volvo's I've owned in the past have been 4 cylinder engine models, and I know they are bulletproof. This 960 has a l6 engine and I'm a bit nervous, what is your take on the 93 960 wagons? The one in question is an automatic with 130k miles on it.

Basically, make sure all preventative maintenance has been followed. My in-laws, who have the "don't fix it 'less it's broke" mentality, hate their '96 960. They don't do any maintenance - that's why it keeps breaking down
