Where to find replacement rear view mirror?

Since buying the car...I have noticed the previous owner tried to fix it with the stick over the top of the old glass plastic mirror crap... doesn't work right and looks like crap. Where can I find a replacement besides a dealer??

Try the picknpull salvage yard off Groveport rd. They had 3 S80's in the lot last week.

I saw/heard I cant just replace the mirror, is that correct? need to have it programmed or unsolder the board thats in it and put it in the new one?

Yes, either one. I don't know what's involved in a reprogramming, but here is an S80 rearview mirror transplant.
