1993 850 Power Seat Recline Problem

1993 850 Power Seat Recline Problem

The left side of my drivers has reclined but does not come back up. Only the right side of the seat moves causing the seat back to twist. Any ideas what causes 1/2 the seat to work?

Likely a cable issue.
