97 850 Can't find part for door panel

None of the passenger doors open from the inside. I understand that I probably need the small plastic clip that attaches to the lever on the inside of the door panel, that enables the door to open. I've ordered from 3 different places, all claiming to have access to 'just 1' of these. Each of them has subsequently cancelled my order because in fact, they can't get the part. Part #3538081.
I am desperate as my car and I live outside the US, but I am currently in the country for another 10 days so am trying to locate 1-3 of these tiny clips. If anyone has any suggestion as to where I might find this, please, please let me know asap. Thanks.

PM your shipping information and Ill ship you some clips....

They normally dont break or pop off by themselves, unless you've had to have someone try to use an entry tool to open the doors without a key ... and most every trained service or tow driver will open the passenger side, since this is such a common thing.

I could use one of those clips as well. Any idea where to come by them in the States? Local Volvo dealer?
