2001 c70 wheel interchange with s60 t5

Post by gry mkt »

Both are 17", the c70 is a 5 x108 43 offset, the s60 is a 49 offset, but I cannot find out more info. Will these rims interchange? THANKS, Keith

They will fit just fine.
Central hole should be the same for both...65.1.

Thank you, but will 6 offset difference possibly have a tire rubbing issue with 225 45 17's. Will these be offset 6mm more towards the fender? I hope not to purchase and have them rub when parking. THANKS again.

Are you installing s60 t5 alloys with 225/45/17 tyres on c70 or c70 alloys on s60?
On c70...225 will not fit without spacers....i think. They will fit but they will rub just like on 850,s,v70.

I hope to put s60 t5 alloys (that need tires) on a c70. Will I have to put 215 45 17's vs 225 on them for clearance? Spacers seem to make the clearance less if I understand wheel offsets correctly.

Et number is like this....the lower number is-the bigger distance towards outside. The bigger number is-the bigger distance towards inside of a wheel arch is.
So....et 43 vs et 50 means that wheel with et 50 goes towards inside(closer to shock apsorber).
S60 wheels wil fit to c70 but 225 tyres will not fit without rubbing on the inside at full lock.
